1. Warranty Period
Standard Warranty
All XSSNVV products include a 12-month replacement warranty starting from the original date of purchase.
Extended Warranty
Customers who subscribe to our email list are eligible for an 18-month extended warranty at no additional cost.
Please note: Products purchased from unauthorized or third-party sellers may be subject to different warranty terms.
2. Warranty Eligibility & Documentation
To submit a warranty claim, you must provide:
✔ A valid order number from the official XSSNVV store
✔ A sales invoice or order confirmation showing the product name and purchase date
Warranty coverage is valid only in the country of original purchase and may not apply if the product has been shipped internationally after delivery.
3. What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use during the warranty period.
If a covered defect is confirmed, XSSNVV will provide a replacement product at no additional cost.
4. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by:

❌ Natural disasters or external forces (including fire, flood, or earthquake)
❌ Commercial, rental, or non-household use
❌ Unauthorized modifications or repairs
❌ Use with incompatible chargers, power supplies, or accessories
❌ Cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear over time
5. How to File a Warranty Claim
To request warranty service, please email xssnvvofficial@hotmail.com with the following information:

In some cases, we may request the product to be returned for inspection before issuing a replacement.
